cramped room slow elevator
The room was not what i expected. It felt quite cramped. there was also a persistent noise throughout the night, i think it was from nearby equipment. It made sleeping difficult. the elevator was very slow. Sometimes i was like taking the stairs would have been faster, but i was on the fourth floor and really didn't want to carry my luggage all the way.

dusty room shower mold
The room was quite dusty i noticed. also, there was some blood on the sheets. I was too tired to report it though. mold was present in the shower too. it's a shame because the location is great, but the room's condition really let things down for me!!

camden gem, super clean rooms and perfect location!
central location clean room delicious food
i loved the central location it made getting around super easy the tube station is right across the street. my room was decorated really well and everything felt new and super clean i totally relaxed. i also thought the food downstairs at the pub was delicious and priced fairly.
the staircase was very narrow making it slightly difficult with luggage i managed though so it's just a tiny thing.

the pub downstairs has a varied menu with tasty options i noticed they offered breakfast lunch and dinner at reasonable prices the atmosphere seemed lively and cute too.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities which i really appreciated plus they provided complimentary water daily housekeeping kept everything tidy throughout my stay which was great.

the location is convenient near the northern line station making trips effortless camden market and primrose hill are within a short easy walk perfect for exploring the area.

the staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out they gave me directions and answered questions i had promptly their hospitality added a lot to my visit.

The room was clean. I was happy to see a basic selection of teas and coffees. A kettle and hairdryer was available. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and water at full range of temperatures.
Check in service was terrible. There was a leaking window onto the bed in my room. I saw a puddle of water at the top of stairs without a wet floor sign. A fire alarm went off in the night, and I had to vacate. No staff direction or register taken.
